This is a note from the president for the membership to prepare for the opening of our season.
We are not sure when, but we still have to plan for the May 3 weekend tournament at Big Slough in pool 13.
A group of club leaders got together and decided we should plan this with everyone's safety in mind. So this is how we will do the process this year:
All sign-ups are online. Bill has set our website up so each team will pick out the date they plan to fish and fill out the info required. You pay with a debit or credit card at that time. THIS MUST BE DONE BY 6 pm THE DAY BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT, NO EXCEPTIONS! You WILL receive a confirmation email. You can sign up anytime before that. You CAN back out anytime BEFORE the 6 pm cutoff time and get refunded. 6 pm the night before is the in or out cutoff for all tournaments Special circumstances will be considered.
It will be a random computer draw for blast off positions. You will pick up the dropbox coin when you check-in.
There may be a short meeting. PRACTICE SAFE DISTANCING!
If you have paid your entry on time but are late for blast off you can still participate. But you MUST contact the director and determine how to verify your empty live well.
Weigh-in will be done with safety in mind. Do not form a grouped up long line. This is everyone's responsibility to protect fellow members!
Checks will be issued instead of cash. Directors will be able to prepare these after 6 pm cutoff time. The participant field will be automatically listed on the website so the directors will know the boat numbers. This list is only available to club officials.
IF YOU HAVE NO AVAILABLE WAY TO SIGN UP ONLINE CONTACT A CLUB DIRECTOR OR OFFICIAL BEFORE THE CUTOFF TIME AND WE WILL GET YOU REGISTERED!
The 1st 3 tournament's in each series will be available for signup by the end of today. But we don't have definite confirmation of the events being held. The money will be refundable.

Remember that the changes are for this season. All club rules are reviewed at our off-season meetings and can be changed if necessary for next year. Good luck guys!
